Just turn the decal over, peel off the backing paper, apply decal to smooth, clean surface, press firmly on decal. Decals are not printed; they are cut out of vinyl. There is no background on these decals. The colored portion you see is the vinyl decal. Stick them anywhere. Overlap them, line them up, do whatever you want to make an instant transformation.I use professional grade exterior Oracle 651 Vinyl material. You may find some difficulty applying vinyl lettering to porous or chalk-like surfaces, such as stone, as well as painted surfaces in which a very flat paint was used, or heavily textured walls.
